INWEMO may collect, process and use the information provided by WSO when using the services, including the data submitted for signing up for an account. Such information may include:

In addition, the following log data may be collected during the use of the INWEMO platform:

4. Purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data

Unless otherwise indicated, INWEMO collects processes or uses the personal data it has received or which the WSO have provided via the INWEMO platform for the following purposes:

  • Regarding Visitors:
    • to perform calculations on devices used by the Visitors and to send solved hashes to INWEMO,
  • Regarding WSO:
    • to process WSO registration for the INWEMO platform and to create a respective user account,
    • to grant WSO access to their profile on the INWEMO platform,
    • for billing purposes,
    • to inform WSO about our products and recent developments and to contact them in case of questions in connection with the INWEMO platform,
    • to inform on changes with regard to this Data Privacy Policy or our Terms of Services.

5. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

INWEMO uses service providers in order to operate and maintain the INWEMO platform. The service providers will process the data exclusively in accordance with the instructions of INWEMO and have been obliged to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. INWEMO and its assigned service providers will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions in order to protect the data of the users.

Other than in the aforementioned cases INWEMO will not transmit personal data to any third parties, unless we are obliged to do so because of legal regulations (e.g. disclosure to courts or law enforcement authorities), you have given us your explicit consent, or the disclosure is permitted by law.

6. Termination

WSO may terminate his contract with INWEMO in accordance with our Terms of Service. When terminating, all your personal data will be completely anonymized with the exception of the data, for which a statutory permission to retain exists.
